Refund Policy
7-day return. You have 7 days after receiving your order to ask for a return or replacement — on every product we ship, whether it was bought at full price or on offer.
To be eligible, the item must be unused and in the same condition you received it, in its original packing, with the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, call or WhatsApp +91 97704 40000 or email rajabannahai@gmail.com. We will confirm the return and tell you how to send the item to: Raj Bhawan Rd, Civil Lines, Raipur, Chhattisgarh 492001. Please do not send an item back before we confirm it.
Damaged, defective or wrong item
Please check your parcel when it arrives and tell us the same day if anything is damaged, defective or not what you ordered. We replace it or refund it in full, and we pay the return shipping. Recording a short video while you open the parcel helps us settle it quickly.
Refunds
Once we receive and check the returned item, we approve the refund to your original payment method. It usually reaches your account within 10 business days, depending on your bank. If a return is a change of mind, the return shipping is paid by you; if the item was damaged, defective or wrong, we pay it.
What cannot be returned
- Digital files (AutoCAD DWG files, soft copies, mapping tools) — once the file has been emailed to you, it cannot be returned. Please check the format in the product description before buying, and write to us if the file does not open.
- Course fees and memberships.
- Gift cards.
