Vitatha – the Pretender: Starting from South East, the first energy field in the South gets converted into a transparent, highly shining colour. In Vedic language, this has been termed as Vitatha in the Vastu Purush Mandala. All the unreal world, falsehood, pretension is related to Vitatha.

Many times a person himself does not know that he is pretending. (He is completely overpowered by Vitatha). Thattendency of pretension, the mentality of showing-off, projecting oneself or some other person as someone else, that projection of falsehood, that masked life is Vitatha. The one who moves opposite (vi) to the facts (tath) is Vitatha.
