Description
A solid 12-inch, 12 mm copper rod — the rod of Mars (Mangal) — used to open a virtual entry in Vastu: where a devta’s entrance has no real door, a rod through the wall at that exact entrance opens the devta’s way, with no demolition.
How it is installed
- A hole is drilled right through the wall at the devta’s entrance (for example N3), and the 12-inch rod is inserted so that it crosses the wall — through it from inside to outside.
- Your MahaJyotish reading names the box (3 – effort & courage, 7 – partners & clients, 11 – gains), its devta and the entrance; Guruji’s team marks the exact spot on your own house map.
Which rod
The rod is chosen by the ruling planet of the devta’s star:
| Planet of the devta’s star | Rod |
|---|---|
| Mars (Mangal) | Copper |
| Mercury (Budh) | Stainless steel |
| Saturn (Shani) | Iron |
| Venus (Shukra) | Crystal (Sphatik) |
| Sun (Surya) | Brass with copper coating |
| Moon (Chandra) | Aluminium |
| Jupiter (Guru) | Brass |
| Rahu / Ketu | the rod of the planet whose star Rahu or Ketu occupies in your chart |
Please note: a Vastu correction without demolition.
